Stunning waterfalls all around the world are simple yet astonishing natural features that can take your breath away. The infamous Niagara Falls that has been in countless movies is located on the border of New York and Canada. Niagara is the collective name for three separate ones, Bridal Veil Falls, American Falls, Horseshoe Falls, with water draining from Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. The best times to visit are in the Summer months and the public often prefer to view this beauty on the Canadian side. If there are any waterfalls to see in your lifetime, this one should make that list given are that the flowing waters can reach up to a speed of 68 miles per hour!
These hidden falls are located in the red cliffs and caverns of the Havasupai Indian Reservation which is part of the Grand Canyon. Extending about 90 feet tall, the Havasu Falls can only be reached by hike or horseback ride from Hualalapai Hilltop.
Palouse Falls is an aftermath of the Palouse River that flows into a canyon in the heart of Palouse Falls State Park. There are many other activities you can do when you visit this park like camping, hiking, bird watching and more!

These muddy falls are located in Arizona’s Navajo Nation Painted Desert and is known for its wide presence and multiple tiers of elegance. Originally, they were created by volcanic runoff from the Merriam Crater. The best times to come to take a look at this beautiful creation is during March and April and can only be reached with a hiking permit.
This beautiful piece of nature is located in the outskirts of Seattle, Washington and attracts a mere 1.5 million visitors every year. These Falls were originally a burial site for the Snoqualmie people and is still considered sacred to them. Multnomah Falls stuns in the Summer and Winter so stop by this waterfall whenever you please. Falling from about 611 feet tall, this is the tallest waterfall in Oregon and resides only thirty minutes away from Portland.
